How will I know my goods have been dispatched?

As soon as we’ve despatched your order, you’ll receive an email from us confirming the details of your purchase and the shipping method you’ve chosen. We’ll point you in the right direction of tracking the progress of your delivery too.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking and shipping information. You can also select the ‘track your order‘ page here and enter your order number and tracking code to track your package.

My tracking says delivered but I have yet to receive my order.

Please allow up to 3 business days from your order’s delivery date before contacting us for an investigation. You may also contact the carrier to investigate further.

What if I no longer require the order?

What happens if my order arrives damaged?
No need to worry – if part or all of your order is damaged in transit, send our Customer Helpline team a message at info@buymegadgets.com and we will replace it in a jiffy.
 
In most cases we’ll have to collect the damaged goods at an address that’s suitable for you. This is for quality control purposes.
What happens if my goods arrive late?
If your order doesn’t arrive by the intended date because of a dispatch glitch or with the courier, please send our Customer Helpline team an email at info@buymegadgets.com. Our team will be more than happy to partially/fully credit your shipping costs as long as the fault is a service failure on our part. We’re not liable to credit shipping costs in circumstances out of our control (even we can’t predict the weather!)
 
If the courier has tried to deliver your parcel but for whatever reason, no one is at home to sign for it, we won’t see this as a late delivery and goodwill credit will be given.
How long until my order arrives?

Current Delivery Times:
Standard Shipping (USA): 1-2 weeks overall.
Standard Shipping (INTL): 2-3 weeks overall.

Tracking numbers can take up to 5-7 days to generate. If you still don’t get tracking at that time, send us an email at info@buymegadgets.com!

Are shipping fees refundable?

All shipping costs, including returns costs are non-refundable.

Can I cancel/modify my order once it has been submitted?

Unfortunately not – Once an order is submitted it cannot be modified or cancelled. The good news? You can return your order by mail as soon as you receive your package.

How is sales tax calculated on my order?

The amount of tax charged to your order depends on the type of item purchased and the destination’s Provincial and local sales tax laws. If an item is subject to sales tax, tax is calculated on the total selling price of each individual item, after any applicable discount.

Do Multiple Items Ship Separately?

If you order multiple different items, some of them might! We ship items separately because we have different warehouses AND we want to ensure you get your order quickly. We want you to wag.

How long do I have to make an exchange or return?

Most regular-priced and sale merchandise can be returned within 30 days.

How do I exchange or return an item?
BY MAIL:
A. Package the unworn, unwashed items, with original tags, securely in the original product packaging, whenever possible.

B. Peel off the adhesive return label that was sent with the original order and attach it to the return package.

C. Affix the appropriate postage on the return package and mail it through your preferred postal carrier. Please note that the RETURN LABEL IS NOT PREPAID, therefore, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
 
IMPORTANT:
The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

We recommend that all returns be sent via a traceable postal carrier. We are not responsible for packages that are not received if sent via a non-traceable carrier.

All shipping costs on the original purchase, including those incurred for returns, are non-refundable. Exceptions may be made for damaged merchandise, please contact our Customer Service for more information. 
When will I receive the refund for my return?

Upon receipt of your item, allow approximately 10 business days to process your credit. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional few days for the refund to be fully processed in your account.
